MEET OUR HEX'PERTS

How did you get into this business?
In 8th grade, I was for a week an intern at a sign company to see what it was.
Then I was sold - I wanted to be a sign maker and when I was 15-18 years old I had my own sign company.
I got an apprenticeship in a sign shop and my boss was a former Taxi car wrapper in Denmark. After just 4 days of my education as a “skilteteknikker”, he was learning me to wrap cars and I remember I got home from work that day and told my parents what I have been doing.
It was awesome, the time just flew away when I was wrapping and learning new stuff. 3.5 years after I got my exam for my education as a “skilteteknikker” I was now wrapping on a daily basis, but still doing normal sign work as printing, cutting and designing. We got more and more into car wrapping and I tried to compete in European Wrap Masters and World Wrap Masters.
Now I have my own company again together with Jane and we run a sign company with speciality in car wrapping.

What drives you to go to work Monday morning?
All the different stuff we make and seeing projects from idea to reality, creating awesome stuff.

Tell us about a rememberable project?
Ohh...we have done a few nice projects. Boat wrapping is fun and we have made some special cars in cool designs and color changes.

If you could pick any car and design. What car would it be and what design will it be?
My own Audi R8 wrapped in something crazy.
5.
Which is your favorite Hexis product?
I like the Hexis Bodyfence because what it can do and the technology in a vinyl.
We use a big range of Hexis products and I am happy for many of the products on a daily basis.
6.
What made you become a certified Hexpert and what have been the benefits?
I want to learn as long I can and I want to be the best installer that I can be.
I think that if Hexis and the certified installers are able to work together, we can make the best vinyl for all applications - much better than other brands.
The benefits is that we now have a community where we can discuss the products and learn from each other, don’t make the same failures next time and give feedback to the other Hex'perts.
7.
What do you do when you’re not wrapping cars?
I am always working on my company development or my old cars, riding some motocross or MTB.
